Ms. Guarino has been our Manager and Board Member at Large since January 2026, and our Partner since October 2021. She has been the Principal Owner of the Residential Assisted Living Academy and the Assisted Living Conference since October 2021, all based in Gilbert, Arizona.
She has been the owner of three assisted living homes since 2015 in Scottsdale, Arizona, bringing hands-on operational experience and a deep commitment to the mission of dignified, compassionate senior care that has defined the Guarino family's legacy in the industry.
